I'm going to blog this bad!

I suppose it's time. I've gotten a lot of requests to share my own "secrets" from my clients, friends, etc on how to get in and stay in better physical condition. I'm always one to share, but not one to "give a way the farm." Well, unless that farm is farmed by a real farmer in real soil that produces real healthy food. Anyway....

You'll find a random smattering of things I pick up in my goings-on as a coach and trainer. I suppose in an effort to share these things I'll "go off" on all sorts of inconvenient tangents. So, I apologize in advance.

You can call it a virtual "day in the life" of one trainer guy. Although, I assure you it's very real. A fresh and unadulterated spicy mix of tips and strategies to get more things much more better. More things about how not to get what you don't want, how to go to the gym and come back stronger, how to be fed with real food, and more.
